  • Assist in constructing and executing the sales & marketing strategy and action plan for the aftermarket to drive growth.
  • Interact with customers to provide and maintain open lines of communication regarding all matters including quality.
  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve relationships with important customers, understanding their needs and future focus.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and feasibility, make regular visits to customer sites, and explore specific customer needs.
  • Communicate and direct customer inquiries for prompt resolution.
  • Anticipate new opportunities by maintaining updated knowledge and familiarity with products, relevant manufacturing process.
  • Consistently use exceptional customer service skills, work with customers and all levels of staff while maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
  • Analyze trends and results, establish pricing strategies, and recommend selling prices, and monitor costs, competition, supply and demand.
  • Communicate with the sales department management any changes, transaction discrepancies or issues.
  • Participate in the development of annual sales forecast budget, weekly/monthly sales reports, and variance analyses.
  • Support contract reviews and price negotiations for the department’s assigned program/product line.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
  • Travel up to 30% (domestic or international).



  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience with key accounts
  • Aftermarket industry, and customer knowledge preferred for this position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel
  • High level of business acumen, sales forecasting and business planning.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct research and data analysis
  • Excellent analytical and communication and strong Negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for sales and motivating people
  • Extreme High level of customer interface
