Brandfon Honda in New Haven, CT is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to work in our Business Development Call Center to contact and follow up with internet leads, customer lease retention, and service customers. We are willing to train the right individuals. Both PT and FT positions available. Hourly pay plus incentives.
Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays.
Primary duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Establishing relationships and setting appointments for our dealerships salespeople.
- First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with Sales Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
- Know the process of the scripts, word tracks, and alternative choices.
- Knowledge of manufacturing brands, models, years, etc helpful.
- Communicates effectively with internet customers within established time frames.
- Sets up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and sales presentations.
- Entices the customer to visit the dealership.
- Makes appointments for Service Department Customers and follow up as needed.
- Prior retail automotive/ call center experience
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in typing and basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
- First-class verbal, written and communication skills
