Atturo Tire is seeking an additional team member for our sales staff.  This position will be responsible for developing new business in the upper Midwest territory.  The job will be a mix of inside and outside sales from our Waukegan, Illinois (Chicago area) headquarters.  The sales territory will include Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska.

Atturo Tire is a rapidly growing private brand focused on the SUV, Cross Over and Light Truck market.  This is the most rapidly growing segment in the automotive business.  Atturo offers a broad mix of unique products for this exciting market.  We offer the dedicated sales person a true opportunity at un-capped growth.

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Prospecting for new accounts
  • Making sales calls on new accounts in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Ability to sell Atturo’s value proposition.
  • Processing of orders
  • Customer focused ongoing service to accounts
  • Perform training and technical consultation
  • Attend industry and consumer events in support of the overall brand
  • Delivery of marketing material and tires as required
  • Regional travel of up to 60%
  • Other duties as assigned. We are a small, growing company.  There is no such thing as ‘Not my job,” at Atturo.

 

 

This is a full-time position, working from our Waukegan, IL office.  Compensation will include salary, commission and health benefits.  Please submit a complete resume and salary history.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business related field
  • Prior experience in retail or wholesale tire or automotive business
  • Professional appearance, demeanor and approach.
  • Sales minded, customer service focused mind set.
  • Fast paced, multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure.
  • Be prompt, reliable, organized, detailed and focused.
  • Be personally responsible and self-motivated with high integrity.
  • Great communication skills over the phone, email and in person.
  • Proficiency with MSFT Office programs and internet based applications.
