We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager for our KIA dealership located in Wichita, Kansas. Only high-volume, high-traffic and fast-paced General Managers and GSMs need apply.
In this important role, you will oversee the successful operation of the entire dealership from sales to service and everything in between. The right candidate will be a true leader, committed to growing the business by increasing market share and developing loyal customers. The General Manager is expected to uphold high ethical standards, have excellent customer service, and create a positive sales environment. Candidate must have a successful proven track record with a consistent and stable work history.
- Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities.
- Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers.
- Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance.
- Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
- Responsible for managing profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments
- Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan
- Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the dealership
- Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership
- Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers
- Ability to manage and lead people
