The Central Support Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing store and department mail, including: UPS packages, store forms, office supply and training material orders.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

  • Ability to accurately sort and distribute large amounts of mail and UPS packages
  • Accurate and timely distribution and maintenance of store mail bags and correspondence to store, district, regional and sales managers
  • Work with various departments to ensure distribution of materials, memorandum and notices to appropriate destinations as needed
  • Responsible for fulfillment of store requests for forms, office supplies and training material replenishment                               

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
