The Auto and Liability Claims Customer Service Representative contributes to the company's success by providing professional customer service and completing accident reports for property, auto and general liability losses. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented in order to transmit the claim reports and all related documentation to the claim administrator while ensuring accuracy.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone to field management, claim administrators and customers
  • Provide detailed communication to the field management team members to ensure they understand the procedures in the life of their claim
  • Complete loss notices for auto, general liability and property claims
  • Provide administrative support to the Claim Department


 

This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

 Skills/Qualifications

 

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required, but not limited to, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service work experience

Desired:

  • Work experience and knowledge of the insurance industry including claims and/or legal
