| Job Description |
- Responsible for increasing new business and client base. You will be calling on car dealerships in an assigned territory to promote Copart Dealer remarketing services.
- Must be able to successfully develop prospects, leads and new sales opportunities.
- Understand and effectively communicate the Copart Dealer terms and conditions of service to customers and prospects.
- Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Work in a team-oriented fashion, supporting a unified approach to delivering customer solutions.
- Must be able to successfully negotiate to close sales.
- Must have strong negotiation skills between multiple parties.

| Job Requirements |
- Requires a minimum of 6 years experience with independent and franchise car dealers.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in account management and relationship building.
- Ability to work well independently and as a team player to achieve aggressive sales quotas.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.

| Compensation |
| This sales agency is an independent contractor position with a minimum draw and/or commission during the initial months. Then commission only with significant earning potential, however no benefits are offered. |
