Independent Contractors as “Transfer Agents”.

Transfer Agents are responsible to oversee and facilitate the Transfer of Title and Vehicle from the consumer back to the manufacturer by
arranging a meeting with vehicle owners and automotive
dealerships. Ideal for those with a flexible schedule.

| Requirements: |
- At least three years customer service experience. (auto industry helpful!)
- Minimum high school education, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, flexible hours, good communication skills, digital camera, and access to the Internet.
- Transfer Agents must be professional and courteous to all persons throughout the transaction, beginning with the initial call to the customer and dealer.
- Transfer Agents must be prompt. You are expected to call the customer and dealer within 48 hours to review the process and schedule the vehicle surrender.
- Transfer Agents must be accessible.
- Transfer Agents must be
responsible - able to adhere to the standard process and contact company when exceptions arise.

- Up to $75 per case, plus applicable mileage reimbursement
|
