Montebello, CA Automotive Tool Company is seeking a strong marketing assistant. Successful marketing assistants will have 2+ years of experience preferably in the automotive industry. Marketing assistants in this role will have very strong technical skills including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. This marketing assistant will be interacting with customers and vendors via phone and email so strong written and verbal communications skills are required. | Requirements: |
- Requires at least 2+ years of marketing assistant experience working within the automotive industry with a familiarity with automotive tools and technology. Degree is preferred or relative work experience
- Requires intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and Outlook. While supporting the President and Managers, the Assistant also interacts with co-workers and vendors. They will be responsible to inputting data, analyzing data, and creating spreadsheets in MS Excel.
- Requires good communication skills and a team player attitude
- Will handle Marketing & Sales support. (market research, trade show, advertising, catalogs, flyers, brochures, etc.)
