Automotive Process Consultant
China Program
MSX International is an established provider of in-dealership solutions that maximize customer satisfaction, sales and profitability improvement opportunities. Due to increased demand for our inspection-based selling and service satisfaction products we are looking to add seasoned Process Consultants, New and Used Car Sales people and General Management resources in China for a 3 year program to install our solutions in an expanding base of domestic and import retail clients.

| To qualify for this Process Consultant
position, you must have an exceptional track record of fixed operations experience, new and used car sales and general management experience that includes: |
- Ability to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change.
- Analyzing data from dealer financials and operational assessments to establish improvement plans.
- Implementation of advisor selling systems and overall process improvement solutions at the aftermarket or retail level.
- Ability to establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI.
- At least 10 years combined Aftermarket, Retail Dealership Management or OEM dealer contact experience with demonstrated profitability and customer satisfaction improvement.
- Demonstrated proficiency with dealer management systems (ADP, Reynolds, UCS) and with PC applications in a Windows environment.
- Qualified candidates must also be able to speak fluent Mandarin Chinese.
- Be self-starters who possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.
