Finance Specialist
Contra Costa County Public Auto Auction Inc. is still growing
after being in business for 12 years! This is a very fast paced
environment and we are looking for someone to join our team!
We are in need of an experienced person in auto financing with
customer service experience. We are looking for someone to
take our customers from the beginning to the end of their car
sales purchase. This person will have to poses excellent
customer service skills as well as knowledge about auto
financing, including CUDL, Dealertrack and subprime
financing. Must have experience in the whole financing
process from inputting credit applications to finishing car deals.
This position will also be selling Gap Insurance, Warranties etc.
to the customers. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred!
Hours for this position may vary. Would start at 9am – 6pm and
some weekends are required. We need an energetic person
that can multi-task and create a warm and welcoming
environment for our customers!

| Responsibilities: |
- Excellent Customer Service Skills…be able to create good
customer relations.
- Prior Auto Finance Experience, with all types of banks and
customer credit
- Prior Experience with Dealertrack, CUDL, and subprime
lending
- Follow up on every credit application and work each one
with the customer
- Maintain all credit records and files
- Follow up on all deals that need funding with the banks
- Answer phone calls and deal with customers in a
professional manner
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicles makes and
models and current inventory
- Other Duties as assigned

- Maintaining a professional attitude at all times
- Able to speak Spanish Preferred
