Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include but are not
limited to the following; other duties may
be assigned. |
- Providing
excellent customer service to internal and
external customers at all times.
- Promoting
an understanding of, and strong commitment
to client satisfaction.
- Maintaining
comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products
and service offered for sale.
- Applying
ethical selling techniques; complying with
all, company, DMV, state and federal requirements.
- Establishing
daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and
sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work
for productive results, and utilizing time
effectively.
- Continually
developing and maintaining a sufficient number
of qualified prospects to meet sales standards
and personal performance objectives.
- Promptly
qualifying buyers through identification
of needs, interests and motivations.
- Effectively
presenting, demonstrating, and explaining
features and benefits of appropriate vehicle
and aftermarket products and services.
- Efficiently
closing sales to attain optimal gross profit;
properly computing financial aspects of sales
transaction.
- Consistently
following-up after sales to assure client satisfaction
and opportunity for additional sales and ore
return purchase.
- Appears
for work on time, dressed appropriately and
ready to work.
- Follows
directions from a supervisor.
- Interacts
effectively with co-workers.
- Understands
and follows posted work rules and procedures
and all company policies.
- Accepts
constructive criticism with motivation towards
improvement in job performance.
