Our Renton, WA Service Center has an immediate opening for a Service Supervisor.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule technicians and assign work. Manage work orders, including customer contact during the diagnostic, quoting, repair and invoicing processes. Actively involved in service center marketing and up selling. Act as a technical advisor to direct technician to the technical information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Analysis/problem solving skills with basic knowledge of diesel engine technology Excellent communication and negotiation skills PC skills Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships with customers Leadership experience Capability of performing the role of a fully qualified service advisor. Minimum of two years experience in service operations or related field High school graduate or equivalent, two year associate degree preferred.
