You will be working with a very aggressive privately owned Dealer and there is a great opportunity for advancement. This is an Arizona based family owned and run auto group.

Proven Verifiable Track Record of:
|
- 5+ years of experience as General Sales Manager at a New vehicle franchised automobile dealership retailing 250+ per month.
- Managing a high performance sales force “by the numbers” in a Dealer Socket or similar CRM environment
- Managing a high performance Internet sales department focusing on long-term lead follow-up
- Recruiting, training, and managing a professional sales force to peak levels of performance.
- High energy, professionalism, consistency, reliability.
- High standards of CSI and high volume.
- Loving to be involved in the deal, and genuine love for the business, vs. administrator!
- Long term stability in your previous employment. ;
