Job Summary: |
Coordinate activities involving
claims processing by taking inbound calls, verify
customer complaint, cause and correction, evaluate
information and determine coverage.
|
| Qualifications: |
- Automotive knowledge including repair and
diagnosis
- ASE certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Parts and labor time guide familiarity
- Windows based computer program knowledge
