Regional Manager
Kansas / Missouri Base of Operation

Job Description:
  • Responsible for improving territory by counseling and advising agents in assigned area.
  • Responsible for increasing existing, new business, and client base.
  • Must be able to successfully develop prospects, leads and new sales opportunities.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the Copart terms and conditions of service to customers and prospects.
  • Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Work in a team-oriented fashion, supporting a unified approach to delivering customer solutions.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have previous car dealership management experience (GM, GSM or Sales Manager)
  • Must be able to analyze assigned region and advise as to growth potential.
  • Must be able to expand existing relationships as well as establish new relations.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in account management and relationship building.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team player to achieve aggressive sales quotas.
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.
Compensation:
  • This sales position offers a salary based on current sales volume plus bonus.
