Description: |
- Responsible for improving
territory by counseling and advising agents in
assigned area.
- Responsible for
increasing existing, new business, and client
base.
- Must be able to
successfully develop prospects, leads and new
sales opportunities.
- Understand and
effectively communicate the Copart terms and
conditions of service to customers and
prospects.
- Create, maintain, and
provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Work in a team-oriented
fashion, supporting a unified approach to
delivering customer solutions.

Requirements: |
- Must have previous car
dealership management experience (GM, GSM or
Sales Manager)
- Must be able to analyze
assigned region and advise as to growth
potential.
- Must be able to expand
existing relationships as well as establish
new relations.
- Highly motivated and
enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and
interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in
account management and relationship building.
- Ability to work well
independently and as a team player to achieve
aggressive sales quotas.
- Must be a self-starter
and highly motivated to succeed.
