Dynamic, growing company is looking for a claims examiner for vehicle service contract claims. Ground floor opportunity! Individual will coordinate claim activities, take inbound calls, verify contract coverage, record customer complaint evaluate the problem, review requested repairs and coordinate claim payment or denial.

Qualifications:

3 plus years as a Service Advisor, Technician or Mechanic ASE Certification a plus Ability to work with computer programs Team Player Ability to multi-task and work outside the box Excellent verbal and written skills Spanish a plus

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, must be flexible and able to work 8 hrs. per day. Competitive compensation, paid holidays, pleasant working environment and opportunity for growth.
