Dynamic, growing company is looking for a claims examiner for vehicle service contract/warranty claims. Ground floor opportunity. We are looking for an individual to coordinate claim activities, take inbound calls, verify contract coverage, record customer complaint, evaluate the problem, review requested repairs and coordinate payment or denial of the claim.

Qualifications:

Three plus years as a service advisor, technician or mechanic ASE Certification is a plus Ability to work with computer programs Team Player Ability to multi-task and work outside the box Excellent verbal and written skills (Spanish a plus)

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, must be flexible and able to work an 8 hour day.. Competitive compensation, paid holidays, pleasant working environment and opportunity for growth.
