The Body Shop Manager oversees the activities of all Body Shop related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of performance targets. This individual is responsible for the hiring, training and development of all Body Shop personnel. The Body Shop Manager ensures compliance to all company policies and procedures.
