Automotive Trainer
| We have an opportunity with The Automotive Training Academy for a trainer to
conduct stand-up training at dealerships and at our corporate headquarters in The
Woodlands, TX. In this role you will be responsible for developing, conducting and selling
training programs. |
|
Must have 7 plus years of sales and/or sales management experience in a retail
automotive business. Degree preferred. Travel required.
|
| Must have strong presentation skills and a proven track record in automotive sales.
Previous training background a plus. Effective interpersonal communication skills, both
written and oral. Ability to deliver quality training programs and to evaluate training
effectiveness. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management and sell
training programs. Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel required. |

Associates Degree required. Market based compensation based upon experience.
