| A regional
opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager. At American
Financial and Automotive Services, Inc., you will be on the road to an
exciting sales career with a growing organization.
|
Upon successful completion of training, your performance goals will include
increasing sales using our products and services and you will be assigned
regional accounts.
|
| You will be responsible
for:
|
- the development of American Financial accounts increasing product sales
and improving dealership performance in the
finance office
- prospecting and acquiring new automotive dealer accounts
- implementing policies and procedures for newly acquired business
- facilitating sales presentations and dealership training
- tracking and monitoring dealership performance.
|
This position reports to a Regional Sales Manager, and licensing will be
required. You must be able to travel. Successful retail automotive sales management and/or finance and insurance
experience are required. General Manager experience is preferred.
|

Skills, Knowledge, and
Abilities:
|
- Strong sales background
and F&I experience required
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access required
