a Sales Manager at Champion Ford - Gulf

- Manage, direct and
lead the sales growth of Ford
products through strategically
effective sales and marketing
planning, implementation and
execution.
- Develop and implement
customer focused sales strategies,
capitalizing on the Company's
leading customer service and
inventory capabilities.
- Provide
leadership in successfully
launching customer programs
through effective communication
with both customer and internal
company departments.
- With the
General Manager, continue developing
strong customer relations to
create growth through increased
market share.
- Be accountable for
sales growth and market share.
- Effective
short and long range planning,
implementing the
marketing
goals of the corporation.
- Build upon a tradition of
innovation and imaginative
problem-solving in sales and
service.

Required Experience: |
| Candidate must be self-motivated, outgoing,
results-driven with proven sales and management
experience to promote and manage day-to-day
operations. Position requires prospecting
and development of new accounts as well
as management of a team, reporting sales
revenues and opportunities, and leading
monthly meetings. Must be detail oriented
and very well organized. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years progressively
responsible experience in Automotive Sales.
- Excellent
and documented track record in Automotive
Sales and Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to
lead teams and develop others.
- Excellent
oral and written presentation skill required.
Ability to interface and manage relationships
with mid to higher-level management within
the Company.
- Must be able to pass a background
check and drug screening.
