Automotive biller and office position responsibilities include assisting the controller with the daily management and oversight of all accounting and dealership office related functions including cash management, deal processing, inventory control, schedule maintenance, bookkeeping, month-end close process and all other accounting related activities.  The office biller will assist the controller with leading, managing, training, hiring and developing the accounting office teams.   Dealership experience is a plus, but not necessary.  A qualified candidate will be motivated and driven to work and have a great attitude.  The candidate will be detail oriented, have a hands-on approach to leadership and management and possess the skills and knowledge to help manage a dealership accounting office.  The candidate will be able to work independently while at the same time leverage the resources that a large auto group has to offer.
