Manager
| The primary responsibility of a Product Manager is the “cradle to grave” ownership of their assigned product segment line from conceptual stages through the entire product life cycle. The primary metric in determining the success of a Product Manager will be whether or not their segment achieves and exceeds its financial plan. |
| Responsible for the development and implementation of assigned product segment strategy. The foundation of this strategy will be the in-depth understanding of current and future customer and channel partner needs relating to the form/fit/function and feature/benefits of current and new products and may include a new and complementary product line that targets new customers and channels. |
| Coordinate and execute product segment strategy globally in partnership with region product management team leaders. |
| Responsible for the development and maintenance of product segment analysis based published market data, customer/channel partner interviews, and sales team input and market feedback. |
