Description: |
Qualified Service Engineers will assist dealership service technicians in troubleshooting technical problems, at an On-Demand Contact Center. Engineers will combine their repair knowledge with an expansive diagnostic database to provide the most current fix information to dealership technicians. Candidates will also work together with other service engineers to diagnose and provide the most accurate information to ‘Fix It Right The First Time.” Additional responsibilities may also include acting as a liaison with product engineering, publication and other service engineering personnel to resolve various service issues.
