| This persons responsibilities will include motivating, training, and hiring sales persons, desking new, used and lease deals, taking t.o.’s, holding regular sales and training meetings, assist in advertising, marketing and merchandising of new and preowned vehicles, and inspect sales persons daily follow-up activities as well as engage customers via phone and email to maximize the dealerships potential! |
| Persons interested need automotive management experience. Experience in finance and subprime is not required but a large plus. |

Larger communities like Holland, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, are all within a ½ hour drive. |
