We are seeking an experienced Finance Director and Business Managers for a High Volume Dealership.

Finance Director
Minimum of 6+ years experience |
| Supervise a staff of up to 4 Contractors. Build lender relationships, and managing contract flow. |
|
The ideal Finance Director candidate must have the
following:

- 6 or more years of verifiable F & I Director experience.
- High volume experience.
- Stable work history and leader as Director.
- Exemplary leadership skills and the proven ability to manage a productive department.
- Demonstrated track record of process implementation and execution.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience.

Business Managers - Contractors
Minimum of 3 years experience |
| The ideal candidates will be responsible for completing all necessary paperwork, securing necessary financing, presenting available customer repayment options, maintaining necessary compliance requirements. Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. |
| The ideal Contractor candidate must have the
following: |
- 3 or more years of verifiable F & I experience.
- High volume experience.
- Stable work history with a track record of production.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience.
