Mid-Tenn Ford & Sterling Truck Sales is always looking experienced techs for the service department. We want to find some good, knowledgeable, and friendly people. This coming spring we are expanding our operations so that we will double our work area. When this happens we will have many day and night shift positions open. Even before then there are positions that need to be filled.

We are always looking for good, experienced, and certified Technicians. Experience working with Ford and/or Sterling trucks would be a definite plus. Heavy truck techs with CAT, Cummins, Detroit, or Mercedes engine experience would be very good. We are really in need of more Powerstroke Diesel technicians to keep up with our workload. If you are experienced in this area, have your 51 and/or 52 certifications, and don't want to worry about having enough work then we have a position for you here. Techs with electrical, automatic transmission, and/or engine experience would also be good. While experience in these areas is a plus, a focus on quality and a good attitude are musts.

Requirements

Experience, positive attitude, and a good work ethic are a must. Individuals must take pride in their work. Certifications through Ford, CAT, Cummins, and Detroit would help. Must have a valid driver's license and for medium and heavy truck techs, a CDL is a definite plus and soon to be a requirement. Pay varies based on experience, certification, job role, etc. Tech pay is based on flat rate.
