| The ideal candidate must have the
following: |
- 3 or more years of verifiable Sales Manager experience.
- High volume experience.
- Stable work history.
- Exemplary leadership skills and the proven ability to manage more than 25 employees.
- Demonstrated track record of process implementation and execution.
- Dealer Track / Arkona or ADP DMS experience.
- CRM experience.
- Ability to motivate and teach the Sales Force.
