General Motors / Import Dealership in VA - seeks experienced General Sales Manager (GSM) for fast pace market. Must have strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and work history showing ability to increase sales and gross profit. Ability to manage and oversee the complete Variable Department Operations.

The General Sales Manager will oversee 4+ Managers within the sales department. Experience with BDC is helpful. Ability to generate additional sales by implementing sales procedures and hands-on training is a must.

Candidate must be capable of becoming General Manager in the future. The ideal person will be: well organized, able to communicate professionally, team player, motivator, trainer, and leader by example. We have the potential to retail 150+ new and used vehicles per month with the right person. Store has an outstanding new and used vehicle display area in a very active market.
