| This position is available in the following territories, and must reside
in, or relocate to, the territory of choice - preferably close to major

This role is the primary contact to all Passenger and Light Truck customers
in an assigned territory for Continental. The main purpose is to provide
customer support through effective communication, training, and
selling of our products, programs and promotions to meet budgeted sales objectives.

| Primary
Responsibilities: |
- Achieve assigned sales targets in Units and MOS per assigned region
and accounts
- Call on customers – Distributors, GOLD dealers, and Car dealers
- Conduct face to face meetings to grow and maintain accounts
- Outline our products, programs, and promotions to grow sales
- Act as a consultant to all customers determining customer needs and
providing solutions
- Initiate quick, reliable, and effective communications to customers
providing all updates and potential solutions
- New Business development with a concentration on low market share
areas in coordination with Dealer Development Manager
- Call on retail locations as the manufacturer’s representative
- Work with distributors on existing GOLD and Car dealers to train on
our products, programs, and promotions to grow sales
- Call on Car dealers to train on our products, programs, and
promotions to grow sales
- Call on and qualify potential GOLD dealers
- Promote CTNA replacement product lines and original equipment
fitments
- Maintain internal communication and feedback
- Complete call reports
- Forecast accounts weekly
- Work with the Inside sales team on necessary support processes.
- Work with Key Account Manager’s to provide customer / market feedback

| Requires: |
- 2 to 5 years direct customer sales experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel,
PowerPoint) is required
|
| Must have the following core
requirements: |
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive problem solving abilities,
- Customer service orientation,
- Good organizational, planning and time management skills a must.
|
| Additional Desired
Skills: |
- Masters Degree is preferred, specifically in a business related
course.
- Tire industry or OEM (Ford, GM) sales experience
- Project Management Experience
