• Manage the daily rental operations of assigned territory, to include vehicle placement for the highest RPU/Utilization and maximum revenue. Make adjustments to maximize transaction volume and fleet availability and distribution.
• Analyze business trends in the region and document analysis for senior management.
• Moderate weekly conference calls to discuss regional issues and timely resolutions along with effective inventory placement. 
• Observe and counsel employees concerning dealer/customer interaction to resolve escalated dealer issues. Develop programs and procedures to address unique issues, problems or needs of dealers/customers. 
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of Inventory Managers and staff. Execute HR department policies in the areas of hiring, supervising, training, disciplining, motivating and improving performance in a consistent and fair manner.
• Manage /coach & supply feedback to supervisor and employees to ensure maximum development. Continuously evaluate and coach employees at all levels.

• BS Degree
• Minimum of 5 years rental experience, 3 years fleet inventory, distribution, 4 years supervisory and/or management experience.

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to track all appropriate operational measures and analyze operational performance results.
• Strong knowledge and experience with supply and demand forecasting and analysis.
• Effective communication skills to motivate and manager staff, including verbal and written.
• Strong at building relationships and effective customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.
• Position requires strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, motivation, creativity and strong business acumen.
• Proficient Computer Skills.
