Shop Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman/Dispatcher who has extensive experience in high-line shop management.

• Primary responsibility is the coordination of all activities within our high-line, multi-brand shop of seventy-five (75) technicians in order to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability. 
• Shop Manager will supervise the daily activity of all shop foremen, team leaders, and technicians and will report directly to the Service Director. 
• This individual will be responsible for effectively loading the shop and supervising the flow of work on a daily basis, including daily review of work in process and prioritizing and expediting the closing of repair orders. 
• The Shop Manager will work directly with members of the Parts Department as well as the Rental Car Manager daily to coordinate prioritization of repairs and maximize the effectiveness of the Company’s service loaner fleet. 
• Additional responsibilities include ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention through quality diagnosis and repair, implementation of preventive maintenance programs for shop equipment, ensuring a clean and presentable work environment and promoting teamwork within the shop.
