Boone Ford Lincoln Mercury
is searching for a progressive minded Team Player for their growing Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership. The ideal applicant will have experience with F&I, Desking, Closing, and Reynolds & Reynolds computer systems. Must be able to desk deals, motivate, recruit, hire, train, structure, and CLOSE deals. Supervise a staff of 8-10 sales professionals.

- Finance and Insurance experience
- Sales Manager experience
