Service Manager
 

Freightliner of Lancaster is part of a rapidly growing family of heavy truck dealerships proudly representing Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star, Sprinter Vans and Mitsubishi trucks. We have locations in PA, MD, VA and in Southern New Jersey.

We are seeking a Service Manager for our Lancaster operations. Position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff. Essential job functions include: maintaining excellent relations with customers, growing service labor sales, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring of shop productivity, follow-up with work progress, coordinate parts orders with parts department, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center, have excellent communication and supervisory skills, and have familiarity with computers.
