Sales / Finance Manager

Experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager. A minimum of 3 to 5 years automotive sales management experience is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to develop, motivate, and maintain a professional sales staff. Prospective applicants should have a proven track record in desk/closing deals, increasing maximizing gross profits. Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds is required. Must have strong closing skills and experience with F&I.
