Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working for an automotive dealership, with at least 2 years in the Office Manager role or higher. We are seeking someone with a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic that will support a well-controlled yet progressive approach to business.
- Minimum or 3 years recent and relevant automotive accounting experience.
- Must have strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
- Must have experience having worked most or all of the daily functions in the accounting office (billing, tag and titles, inventory, payables, receivables, payroll and human resources).
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyzing internal processes and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft and DMS programs.
