Audi Automotive Technician Jobs Oregon | Sunset Imports, Audi (Beaverton, OR)

Sunset Imports
Audi Beaverton
13745 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy
Beaverton, OR 97005

Pay Range: $35 to $56 per hour

About the Role

Sunset Imports Audi Beaverton is hiring a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles, keeping them performing well and customers satisfied. This Audi Automotive Technician job is one of the more attractive Audi technician jobs in Beaverton, Oregon, and it suits a professional who wants to grow within an Audi dealership in the Portland metro area known as a regional leader in CSI and customer retention. Candidates with at least two years of professional service technician experience in a dealership environment on any brand are encouraged to apply, and Audi-specific experience is helpful but not required, since company paid Audi training builds brand knowledge through manufacturer coursework and certification as the technician progresses.

On the shop floor, technicians work from repair orders assigned by the service manager or dispatcher, perform diagnostics, complete maintenance and repair work, and document the cause and correction clearly so that warranty and customer-pay claims are supported. The department runs with a parts fill rate above 90%, which limits the downtime spent waiting on parts and keeps technicians productive throughout the day. Pay is built to reward that productivity through an aggressive bonus structure that includes efficiency bonuses tied to hours turned and quality of work. In real hiring situations, managers usually look for a strong diagnostic approach, clean repair documentation, and a steady record of comebacks kept low, and applicants should ensure their resumes reflect those strengths in their own words. Note that AI use in job applications is common today, but hiring teams still value a candidate who can speak plainly about the work they have done, so it helps to be ready to discuss specific repairs, tools, and certifications during the interview or shop walkthrough. To see this opening alongside other dealership roles across the United States, apply through an automotive only job board.
