Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate alignment equipment, securing vehicles on the lift or alignment machine.
  • Perform precise vehicle alignments according to company specifications.
  • Dismount, mount, and balance tires and wheels without damage, adhering to safety standards.
  • Inspect alignment parts for wear or faults, reporting issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Handle scrap or take-off tires and manage related tire technician duties.
  • Drive customer vehicles onto and off the alignment machine safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area through daily housekeeping tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Support inventory control and complete paperwork accurately as needed.
  • Uphold Town Fair Tire’s philosophy and goals in all customers and team interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience with tire-related equipment and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds and perform repetitive movements.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Safety Requirements:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols outlined in the Employee Safety Manual.
  • Follow proper lifting procedures and maintain general housekeeping daily.
  • Report accidents or incidents immediately to your supervisor.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
