RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess and repair damaged vehicle components with precision and expertise.

Clearly communicate repair progress and updates to the Body Shop Manager.

Collaborate with the parts department to secure required components promptly.

Accurately record all repair activities in detailed documentation.

Track and document all materials utilized during repair processes.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional to enhance efficiency.

Adhere strictly to company safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.

Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous waste.
REQUIREMENTS:

Proven expertise in frame and body repair is required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completion of a vocational automotive program is preferred but not mandatory.

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, maintaining high productivity.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain an efficient workspace.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
