Core Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate sales teams to maximize performance and retention
  • Lead showroom operations, BDC processes, and CRM follow-up for strong lead conversion
  • Conduct regular product knowledge, sales technique, and CSI-focused training sessions
  • Drive premium vehicle delivery experiences, including effective service handoffs
  • Manage used vehicle acquisition, merchandising, and inventory strategies
  • Achieve dealership and OEM targets for volume, gross profit, expense control, and CSI

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years as a General Sales Manager with proven variable operations leadership
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and generating showroom/internet traffic
  • Strong BDC management and used vehicle expertise
  • Valid driver’s license; able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
