Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general automotive repairs on Ford F-series pickups and SUVs, including oil changes and fluid replacements
• Conduct engine repairs on small tractors, power tools, and landscape equipment
• Diagnose issues with vehicles and small engines, from routine to complex problems
• Provide occasional field repairs for landscape equipment and attachments
• Maintain an organized shop and complete proper documentation
• Use computers for work orders, timecards, and purchase orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Foundational knowledge of engine and equipment operation with understanding of general maintenance procedures
• Skilled in using hand tools and performing mechanical work safely
• Physically able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs. and work in varied environments
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn
• Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with truck, trailer, and equipment weights
• Valid driver’s license required (Class A CDL a plus)
