Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs
  • Present vehicle features, options, and benefits while conducting professional test drives
  • Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales, including completing all required paperwork
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and meet dealership sales goals
  • Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (luxury vehicle sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
