Office Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Comptroller manage accounting schedules with all department heads.
  • Process dealership financial and accounting transactions such as invoicing, monthly/annual reporting, sales, expense accounts, etc.
  • Reconcile the bank accounts for the company on a daily basis
  • Reconcile credit card reports, receipts, and statements.
  • Ensure incentives, rebates, and warranty payments are timely
  • Coordinate and source company purchasing, evaluate suppliers and help negotiate pricing

Office Manager – Job Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Have a general understanding of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Organized and responsible for time management of team tasks.
  • Strong accounting comprehension
