Pay Range: $100,000 to $155,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients professionally and serve as their dedicated point of contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document vehicle symptoms, and capture repair requests clearly for technician diagnosis
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations so clients understand all aspects of the service performed
• Prepare accurate, transparent repair orders, estimates, and invoices
• Coordinate with technicians and Parts to keep workflow efficient and required components available
• Provide regular status updates from drop-off to delivery
• Review completed work at delivery, confirm satisfaction, and address any concerns
• Build lasting client relationships that support trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
• Stay current on Porsche vehicles, technologies, service campaigns, and manufacturer standards
• Participate in Porsche training and professional development programs

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with luxury or high-performance brands
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
• Ability to accurately assess and communicate vehicle issues and document diagnostic details
• Organizational excellence and attention to detail when handling multiple clients and repair orders
• Proficiency with DMS, scheduling, and CRM tools
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

This is an on-site, in-person role. Exempt positions are typically scheduled for approximately 45 to 50+ hours per week.
