Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and diagnostics to motorists and inspection stations
- Evaluate waiver requests, hardship extensions, and kit cars
- Conduct covert audits and performance testing on audit vehicles
- Inspect vehicles referred for emissions-related issues
- Assist Registered Repair Stations with difficult diagnostics
- Train inspectors and respond to hotline and test interruption calls
- Maintain accurate records and ensure center equipment is properly maintained
What We’re Looking For:
- ASE Master Certification and L1 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems

- Competitive annual salary: $64,000-$66,000
