Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and diagnostics to motorists and inspection stations
• Evaluate waiver requests, hardship extensions, and kit cars
• Conduct covert audits and performance testing on audit vehicles
• Inspect vehicles referred for emissions-related issues
• Assist Registered Repair Stations with difficult diagnostics
• Train inspectors and respond to hotline and test interruption calls
• Maintain accurate records and ensure center equipment is properly maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• ASE Master Certification and L1 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems
