Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily department operations and workflow
• Support, coach, and mentor Parts Department team members
• Provide exceptional service to retail customers, wholesale customers, technicians, and internal departments
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts efficiently
• Answer phone calls, provide pricing and availability, and assist with customer questions
• Review estimates for parts accuracy and proper pricing
• Recommend companion parts, accessories, and dealership specials when appropriate
• Pull, stage, and deliver parts to technicians with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and manage backorders, special orders, returns, warranties, and vendor credits
• Maintain accurate inventory through organization, replenishment, and cycle counts
• Ensure all parts transactions are properly processed and billed
• Support departmental goals for customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Automotive parts experience required
• Previous dealership parts experience preferred
• GM Parts experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
