Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, detailed damage estimates following OEM and company guidelines
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and document all necessary repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining repairs and costs in an easy-to-understand way
• Coordinate with technicians, dispatch jobs efficiently, and order parts promptly
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters
• Use CCC One and other estimating software with confidence
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the repair process

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Collision Estimator in an auto body shop
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and vehicle construction
• I-CAR certification highly preferred
• CCC One experience is a significant plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
