Your Role:

• Tear down vehicles completely to support estimators in creating accurate, complete damage assessments and 100% repair plans
• Use cutting-edge repair planning software to update systems, spot every issue upfront, cut down on supplements, and speed up cycle times
• Plan and execute repairs step-by-step per the work order—remove trim, upholstery, glass, electrical/hydraulic components as needed, store parts safely
• Straighten, weld, hammer, fill, and align damaged panels/frames; replace fenders, doors, bumpers, grills; ensure perfect gaps, fits, and OEM-level quality
• Operate welders, torches, sanders, spray guns, and all power/hand tools safely and precisely
• Grind, file, and prep surfaces flawlessly before handing off to paint
• Road test finished repairs to confirm safety, alignment, and performance
• Pitch in on shop duties like vehicle washes or bay cleanup when needed
