Your Leadership Scope:
- Own full P&L accountability across Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Accounting
- Set and execute short-, mid-, and long-term objectives aligned with executive vision
- Build and lead a high-caliber management team through recruitment, coaching, and performance oversight
- Drive daily/weekly/monthly metrics reviews, making real-time adjustments to hit and exceed forecasts
- Champion a culture of professionalism, accountability, and elite customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, facilities, marketing/advertising, budgeting, financial reporting, and full operational compliance
What You Bring:
- Documented history of leading dealerships to strong profitability and growth
- Proven automotive management experience (GM or GSM level) with multi-department oversight
- Sharp financial acumen for analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mindset with ambition, integrity, and a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
